Lone Star Training Center was established in response to a growing need for workforce-aligned training programs in underserved areas of Texas.

Founded on the belief that access to career-focused education should be both attainable, practical and affordable, the school began with a mission to close the skills gap in administrative healthcare and accounting, two sectors experiencing steady growth and employer demand.

Since its inception, the school has worked to bridge the opportunity divide in communities where postsecondary education options were limited and job training was often inaccessible.
